The Sanctuary caps the level of every other building. Upgrade it whenever you can and only build what it needs next. - 2🔨 Keep the Builder's Hut up
The Builder's Hut gives free speedups on every construction. It matters most below level 15, so keep it close to your Sanctuary. - 3🩺 Treat patients
New heroes join after you treat them in the clinic. Keep the clinic busy. - 4⭐ Focus one carry
Put Antitoxin into one main carry (the official guide names Marlena) and Arthur as tank. Reaching 4 stars is a big power jump. - 5🤝 Join an alliance at Sanctuary 5
Alliance help, gifts, tech and the shop speed up everything. Pick an active one. - 6🐀 Play Rat Swarm daily
