Connection Errors: Fixes

Stuck on the loading screen, a network error or a login loop? Go through these fixes in order. They are general tips that solve most cases, the game does not publish error code lists.
Short answer: Update the game, check for maintenance, switch between Wi Fi and mobile data and turn off any VPN. If that fails, contact the publisher at [email protected] with your server and character name.
🔄 Update the game
After a new build the old one often stops connecting. Current App Store version: 1.0.68 from Oct 29, 2026.
🛠️ Check for maintenance
During server maintenance nobody can log in. Check the in game mail or the official store pages and wait it out.
📶 Switch network
Toggle between Wi Fi and mobile data, restart the router, and turn off VPNs or ad blockers that filter game traffic.
🕒 Set time automatically
A wrong phone date or time can break the secure connection. Turn on automatic date and time.
💾 Free up storage
The game is about 700 MB plus downloads. Keep a few GB free so updates finish.
🧹 Clear cache or reinstall
On Android clear the app cache. Reinstall only after your account is bound, otherwise a guest city can be lost.
On PC
Google Play Games needs hardware virtualization. If the game does not start, check Task Manager, Performance, CPU and enable virtualization in the BIOS. Emulators need current graphics drivers.
