Servers are called Kingdoms in the game. Your city lives on one Kingdom, and your login keeps it safe. Here is what you can and cannot do with servers, characters and your account.
Short answer: There is no server transfer. To play on another server you start a new character there, one per Kingdom, from zero. Bind your account first so nothing gets lost. Servers that are in the Era of Revival no longer accept new characters.
Bind your account in 4 steps
- 1Tap your profile picture top left, open Settings and the Account tab.
- 2Check Account Status. Unsafe means the account is not bound yet.
- 3Open the User Center, choose Account Binding and link Google, Facebook, Game Center or email.
- 4Use exactly that login on a new phone or on PC. Each platform keeps its own save.
Servers and characters
- No transfer: heroes, purchases and progress stay with the character on its server. Paid heroes do not follow to a new server.
- New character: Settings, Account, Character Management, Create New Character. You switch between characters in the same window.
- Your server number shows next to your name in the profile.
- All resets and events follow the server time in the settings, not your phone clock.
- Transfers between servers: the developers say they are planned, with no date yet. Rumors of merges or a golden ticket come from players, not the publisher.
- Relocation moves your city on the same map. Free once every few minutes, otherwise with relocation items.
Login problems and deleting
If you see a new empty city after logging in, you used a different login than the one you bound, so sign out and pick the right platform. Account deletion is final. The publisher's support is reachable at [email protected], which is also the contact in the Google Play listing. Never give your login to anyone who offers a server transfer or cheap Diamonds.

Can I transfer to another server?
Not yet. You can only start a new character on another Kingdom, from zero. The developers say transfers are planned, without a date.
How do I play with friends on another server?
Create a new character on their Kingdom. That only works while the server is not in the Era of Revival.
How do I move my account to a new phone?
Bind it in Settings, Account, User Center, then log in with the same platform on the new phone.
