Short answer: Install Google Play Games for Windows, sign in with Google, search Last Asylum: Plague and install it. Then log in with the account you bound on your phone. On a Mac or an older PC an Android emulator like BlueStacks or LDPlayer is the fallback.

Emulators install the normal Android version. BlueStacks also runs on macOS and handles several windows, LDPlayer is lighter on older PCs. Bots that play for you break the game rules, so use the emulator as a big screen only.
